CETRAD activities are implemented in the framework of the following four thrusts:

• Strategies for Sustainable Development
• Land Use Planning for sustained livelihood and Optimal Resource Use
• Promotion of Sustainable Resource use and Management for Improved Productivity; and
• Non-farm Economic Development, Infrastructure and Services

CETRAD research activities are conducted within the frame of the four major thrusts:

1. Strategies for Sustainable Development;
2. Land Use Planning for Sustained Livelihood and Optimal Resource Use;
3. Promotion of Sustainable Resource Use and Management for Improved Productivity; and
4. Non-farm/Non-pastoral Economic Development, Infrastructure and Services.
