Eastern and Southern Africa Partnership Programme (ESAPP)

ESAPP funded projects fall under two categories: CETRAD's Projects and Collaborative Projects. CETRAD's Projects are those funded for direct implementation by CETRAD, while Collaborative Projects are those funded for implementation by third party institutions, but under the coordination by and/or involvement of CETRAD. Collaborative Projects are both in Kenya and Tanzania.

 

Collaborating and Partner Institutions

CETRAD embraces the principles of institutional networking, collaboration, and partnership, at local, regional and international levels, to realise its objectives. CETRAD key partner/affiliated institutions include research and training institutions in Kenya, Tanzania, Switzerland and other countries.

Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research North-South (NCCR North-South) Programme

The NCCR North-South Programme is implemented by the Centre for Development and Environment in concert with 8 institutions from Swiss Universities, and is in its second phase since July 2005 till June 2009.
